Four years ago Jasper businessman Peter Hayashi had a dream and came up with a plan to bring the NHL to Jasper, he assembled a small group of friends to help organize and promote the event and the end result was an amazing weekend of entertainment for hundreds of Jasperittes and visitors of all ages, the positive spin-off from Peters dream was all the funds he raised to support Juvenile Diabetes and Jasper Minor Sports.

Mr. Hayashi is at it again and has not only assembled an amazing group of NHL Alumni’s but he has also put together a Fairmont Golf Package and a Gala Fundraising Banquet, all in support of endms93 and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

September 21st at 8:00 pm hockey fans of all ages will pack the Jasper Arena and be will be treated to an action packed battle of the ages as the NHL Alumni face off against the Jasper/Hinton Beer League All-Stars. Prior to the game there will be a autograph signing session and after the game a meet and greet at Champs Bar at the Sawridge Hotel and Conference Centre.

Sunday morning the 22nd at 10:00 am ten foursomes, including the NHL Alumni Stars, will tee off at the world class Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course for a fun but competitive golf tournament.

This spectacular sporting weekend will be wrapped up with a Gala Fundraising Banquet and Auction at the Jasper Activity Centre featuring an interactive ‘Hot Stove’ debate with the likes of Marty McSorley, Bob Bourne, Claude Lemieux, Clarke Gillies, Theoren Fleury, Tiger Williams and Bryan Trottier.
