Polson

Yesterday I planned a day off in Missoula but turned into a rough one, after looking at the maps at the Adventure Cycling Association head quarters I decided I had better make some miles. I arrived at St Ignatius just before dark after taking way to long to fix a rear flat outside of Ravili. My cycle tunnel hands make it difficult to get the tube and tire on and off!
I met a fellow biker (jeffry James) outside of Missoula he filled me up with fruit and gatorade, a pair of sun glasses and an invite to stay over. But i had to carry on .

‘m heading to Flathead Lake country now. First to Polson and possibly Kilispel depending g on how the body feels!

  1. The miles seem to be rolling by! Take care of your hands, see if you can get in for a quick Physio or massage it may make it a bit more bearable! Luigi and I listened to your live radio interview of Patty Shea, made us very proud of you!
